Return Policy

Within 15 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the items you purchased from Urban Striptease, for any reason, for a full refund. However, we cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than the 15 days after delivery.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 30 business days of our receiving your return.

If you need to exchange items because they are defective or damaged please contact us at service@urbanstriptease.com. Our services team will contact you within 7 business days with instructions and additional information.

Pricing Policy

Our commitment to our customers is to offer convenience, service and product availability online at competitive prices. We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our online store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Orders placed on Amazon.com will be charged in U.S. dollars. If you live outside the U.S., this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.

We also offer merchandise at promotional prices on occasion. Orders made prior to any promotional offer cannot be redeemed or exchanged in order to obtain the new promotional price. Prices and other promotional offers may not be applied toward purchases for any other product other than the item it is directly applied to.

While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.

Payment Policy

We currently only accept Visa and  MasterCard credit cards as a method of payment for online purchases. Although we do NOT currently charge any "surcharges" for credit card transactions we reserve the right to change our policy in the future. Any future changes will be displayed here.

You will be informed immediately if your credit card is declined. If declined, you may check the accuracy of the credit card number and expiration date, or choose a different card to try. Your order will NOT be sent unless the credit card number you entered is authorized.

You must provide us with a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order and in case of problems with your order.

The products shipped remain the property of Urbanstriptease.com until paid in full. Any legal expense toward collecting bad debts are buyer's responsibility.

Security Information

Urbanstriptease.com is hosted by a Godaddy server with the leading security technology in the industry. Your order is secure, which means that your personal information and credit card number are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security. Since credit card and personal information is only entered on the Order Form, only the Order Forms and Shopping Basket are secure.

The secured pages will show a secured URL ("https://") and a lock sign on your browser. When you enter your credit card number into the Order Form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to the server. We do not store your credit card numbers and they are automatically deleted after your order has been shipped within 30 to 60 business days.

Additionally, your credit card information is not transmitted via e-mail, which is not encrypted. We will never contact you via email to have you send us your credit card number to us over email.

If you just don't feel comfortable with placing credit card numbers through the Internet please contact us at service@urbanstriptease.com to request us to contact you by phone.  Make sure to provide us a valid telephone number and a time to call you.

Privacy Information

We respect our customer's privacy! We do not share ANY customer information or database with ANY other company or identity. We also do not practice spamming.
